Lake Lanier 60 Day Graph
Not much to report, just thought I drop in a quick picture of Lake Lanier’s water level over the last 60 days.

Better than last year, but still ten feet below a normal year.

I remember as a kid the little chickens were always out in the cowyard scratching around in the dry cowpies. They were always attracted to such things.

I’ve watched this person stain this blog for some time.
It’s the owner’s/moderator’s fault for allowing it to happen. I’m surprised he’d put this much effort into the site and not have basic respect for his own creation.

We had a pretty lucky month in December and early January with regards to catching some breaks on rain. The past month, however, has been unlucky. We seem to either have storms that dry up befoe they get over the lanier basin, or head the wrong direction when they get close. At least the lake is holding even, but we could use a few all day rainstorms before the spring gets here.

Let’s give CL a break. He has no friends and is mentaly retarded. This blog is the only place a homeless person can pretend what he say’s matters. He can’t even relate to other people because of his in breeding. I think i saw him in dillard playing a banjo? Hey CL lets hear that pig noise you make!

It seems to be that an increase of 6 feet is something to report as opposed to “not much to report.”

Bruce, that was your wife squealing like a pig, and yes, yes those were squeals of joy!

IMHO the danger of saying “The lake rose six feet, yay!” is that people will say, “Gee, six feet is a lot!” which may be true, but compared to where the lake should be this time of year, it’s a little over a third of what is needed.
