2 Stage Water Dispenser

My wife and I have this exact same water filter and dispenser and it has worked great for us for a long time. Very easy to fill up and it stores a ton of water - while it’s getting chilled nicely in the fridge - absoultely love this product.

Keep your water clear of chemicals and odors with this dispenser from PUR. Its advanced filtration system reduces more contaminants (lead, copper, zinc, etc.) than any other pour-through filter. Plus, the dispenser’s narrow, sleek build fits neatly in the refrigerator or sink, while handles make it easy to fill and carry. Each filter has a lifespan of about one to two months (or roughly 40 gallons of water). A handy gauge indicates when the filter needs to be replaced. Clean the dispenser with mild soap and a dry towel.

Since my last humorous comment was deleted, I will make myself clear without the humor to dilute the message. To the new moderator - This forum is not about water distilling products for the home. It’s not about the history of a Georgia city that happens to have canals or some such. It is about the crisis of Lake Lanier and the ACF. Articles should relate to water usage issues - not some consumer crap that you can use to keep water cold in your refrigerator. As you obviously took issue with my previous light hearted jab, I suspect you will also delete this message. I honestly wish Mickey had passed the reigns to someone who actually cared about the situation here instead of someone who seems to be trying to hawk products here. Maybe instead of deleting, you can reply publicly to me.

I hear you guys and will try to make more on topic posts. RichS thank you for the link to some pertinent info, since I’m not from the area this is very helpful and I encourage anyone to send me news articles, information that can be used for a post.

Thanks Chad. Sorry about the public jab - I was just a little put off about being deleted. I will let you know when I see pertinent information.

I don’t mind the product ads and will try to click on the Google Ads more to help out.

It’s a slow time (compared to summer 2007) regarding drought news, so I don’t mind the product info. By the way, most people would use less water if they drank it from the fridge, via a water purifying product. How many people who get a glass of water from the tap hold it under the tap before they start running the water and turn it off before the glass is full.

With that in mind, I think the article is (streeeeeeeetchingly) related. :-)

And it least it’s not that jack*ss troll posting anymore.

I would be interested in more article pertaining to carrying capacities around the state (vis a vis water), any laws on building moratoria that have withstood legal challenges, etc.
