I use to clean their swimming pool. The last time I was at the Carlos home it was off Powers Ferry Road in Buckhead. I don't think they've moved. I still see the same cars in the driveway. Now I know they are rich enough to have two houses. But I am sure if they had more than one house I'd be cleaning both.

Chris Carlos is a co-owner of National Distributing Company--they sell wine and liquor to restaurants you eat at--then he pokes you in the eye!
Boycott National Distributing Company and show this family who is boss.....

He was skirting the landscaping rules by having continuing planting on his property. If everythings always new, everything is allowed to get watered!

I think he is bottling the water to sell when it all runs out. Isn't he in the liquor business or something? Water will sell like liquor soon.

My full service commercial car wash in Smyrna washes over 4,000 vehicles a month and the total water I need to make that possible is less than 200,000 gallons a month...and at least 50% of that is recycled! What is this numbnutz doing with all that water?

To help with the water crisis, I have done the following:

Professional Car Wash in Smyrna goes WATERLESS to conserve our precious resource. Car-Nutz Auto Spa, Inc. is proud to announce our “waterless” car wash option which we are giving our customers who would like to help conserve water. The results of the process we have developed are indistinguishable from a traditional “wet” wash. Please visit us at 2543 Spring RD SE Smyrna, GA 30080 to see this service in action or visit www.carnutzautospa.com for more information. email Cleve Meredith at clevejr@gmail.com

They should cut this guys water usage. Just because he pays for the water doesn't mean he should have an unlimited supply at the cost of all the little people. I'm pretty sure if he got a well dug he would have a pretty good water supply. I live in Augusta and they are wanting to take our water, which is running low as well, but until Atlanta stops all these people (I doubt he is the only one using crazy amounts of water) who are wasteful they shouldn't be looking to take other areas water supply.

Cut off his water!

This graph from the AJC article is so like Scarface, "Carlos has not responded to repeated interview requests, made by telephone and at the intercom of his gated home."

If someone gets behind Carlos' gate do they meet his "little friend"?

Ryan, a sizable group of indoor hydroponic beds growing "weed" would require at least half the total water usage reported. Of course with the size of the house, the hydroponics could be huge.

If he would stop using water completely for 312 years, the emptying of the lake could be delayed by a day.

440,000 gallons a month equates to just over 10 gallons per minute. Constantly. Enough for 10 tons of air conditioning running 1/3 of the time, plus a little bit for evaporation from the waterfall, and an occaisional toilet flush - hmmmmmmmmmmm
I don't think weed requires that much water, John.
