Florida also asks Bush to deny Perdue’s request
As posted in the Fresh Loaf blog today, Florida has followed Alabama’s lead in asking President Bush to deny Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue’s request to stop the Corps level of water releases from Lake Lanier.
Florida Governor Charles Crist made it clear that he felt Georgia was irresponsible with their water and that Florida shouldn’t be punished for that.
